The Vineyard

With vineyards located at over 1000 metres above sea level, this unique terroir combines the breathtaking wonders of nature with the art and craftsmanship of wine making.
 

The desert climate has 320 days of sun per year and crystalline waters from the nearby snow covered Andes mountains irrigate the vineyards.

 
Vines grow in sandy soils and the temperature difference between day and night can be 35°C. 

 
Winter comes late and grapes are only harvested when fully ripe.
