The problem many small wineries face is a lack of resources (financial, personnel, market knowledge etc.) to grow their export business. For distributors, the relatively high order quantities can also be a problem for New World wines.
Pioneer Drinks seeks to provide viable solutions to all of these problems.
The owner of Pioneer Drinks, Martin Clarkson, works as the 'Export Director' for each winery and handles their key accounts in Europe. This way, distributors and buyers buy directfrom the winery and import wines directlyfrom the winery - (ordered either from stock in the European warehouse or from the winery's stock in the country of origin) - at the best possible prices.
Our goal is to develop export sales by finding new importers, distributors and buyers in each European country where the winery currently has no sales or distribution providing the opportunity they so rightly deserve for distributors and consumers alike to enjoy the wonderful, undiscovered quality of these exciting wines.
Pioneer Drinks focuses on high quality New World wines from small boutique wineries that need greater distribution in Europe.
We target and sell the wines into the most appropriate distribution channels for the brand and the wine.
We do a professional selling job - researching markets, travelling to meet buyers, presenting the winery & wines, reviewing business potential & successfully negotiating the business.
Our time is spent proactively finding new export markets for the wines by finding and appointing new distributors for the wines.
We work closely with each winery and each distributor to ensure successful long-term sales of the wines.
